TwilperChat is our AI chatbot widget that website owners can add to their websites. This section covers how data is handled specifically for TwilperChat.
Chat data is controlled by the website owner who installed TwilperChat. Visitors can contact the website owner to request access or deletion of their data. Local chat history can be cleared by starting a new conversation in the widget.
Website owners using TwilperChat act as Data Controllers. Twilper acts as Data Processor. A DPA is available upon request at info@twilper.com.
This section applies specifically to the Android app Drankspel (package com.gert.drankspel_nl).
Player names, saved groups, custom cards, achievements and detailed game statistics are normally stored locally on the device. We do not use player names, card content or answers for analytics or advertising measurement.
When Multiphone is used, the chosen display names, room code and live room state are processed temporarily by our game server so participating phones can stay in sync. This live session data is used only to provide the requested game session.
Analytics is disabled by default. If a player explicitly allows measurement in the app, Drankspel may process a Firebase app instance or device identifier, a random app installation ID, approximate country, language, app version, Google Play install-referrer or campaign attribution, and gameplay funnel events such as starting a game, viewing the premium screen or completing a purchase.
We use this information to measure campaign results, understand which parts of the app are useful, diagnose the purchase funnel and prevent duplicate conversion reporting. Advertising personalization is disabled. The legal basis for this optional processing is consent.
Purchases are made through Google Play. With measurement enabled, the product ID, purchase token, order or transaction ID, price and currency may be sent to our measurement service and checked with Google Play to verify the purchase and avoid counting the same transaction more than once. Payment-card details are not received by Twilper.
Measurement data is retained only for as long as needed for reporting, fraud prevention and service improvement, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards they describe in their own privacy terms.
Allowing measurement is optional. Choosing "Continue without measurement" does not limit the game. Consent can be withdrawn at any time under Settings; this stops future analytics and campaign measurement. For access or deletion requests concerning data already collected, contact info@twilper.com.
