Sell print online without rekeying a single order
A complete storefront for print businesses: a configurator that understands how print products actually work, a design editor your customers can use on a phone, live supplier pricing, and orders that go straight into production.
It is not a prototype. It runs printen.eu, a shop that takes real orders every day. Go and use it before you talk to us.
Fixed monthly fee. No revenue share, ever.

Quotes by email
A customer asks what 250 business cards on 350gr cost with a matt laminate. Somebody looks it up, adds a margin and types a reply. Now the shop answers instantly, at the right price.
Artwork that is wrong
Files arrive at the wrong size, without bleed, at 72 dpi. The editor stops that at the source and tells the customer in language they understand.
Orders retyped by hand
Every order rekeyed into a supplier portal is a chance to get it wrong. Paid orders now go to production automatically, with the artwork attached.
Product configurator
Every option, every dependency, priced live
Print products are not simple. A single poster can carry size, material, finish, mounting, quantity and delivery speed, and half of those options depend on each other. The configurator models that properly: options appear and disappear based on what the customer already chose, impossible combinations are blocked before they reach the basket, and the price updates on every change.
- Dependent options with rules, so a customer can never build a product your supplier cannot make
- Sizes, materials and finishes shown as real photographs instead of dropdown text
- Custom dimensions with per-product minimum and maximum, priced by surface area
- Quantity ladders with automatic volume discounts
- Live price on every change, including VAT and shipping for the visitor country

Pricing engine
Real supplier prices, your margin, no spreadsheets
Prices come from your supplier through their API, not from a price list somebody has to maintain. You set the margin once, per product or globally, and the storefront does the rest. Customers see a full matrix of quantities against delivery speeds, so they can find the trade-off that suits them without contacting you.
- Live supplier pricing per exact configuration
- Margin multiplier per product, with a global default
- Quantity by delivery-speed matrix, with the unit price shown alongside the total
- Country-aware VAT and shipping, calculated server side
- Guards that refuse to show a price that does not belong to the chosen configuration

Design editor
Customers design in the browser, you receive a print-ready PDF
This is where most web-to-print projects fall down. The editor is built for people who are not designers: it shows the bleed and the safe area, warns about low-resolution images before the order is placed, and produces a print-ready file at the resolution the product actually needs. It works on a phone, which is where a growing share of orders now comes from.
- Text, shapes, images, uploads and ready-made templates
- Bleed, trim and safe-area guides drawn per product, including fold lines, drill holes and grommets
- Live resolution check, with a warning before an image prints badly
- A print-readiness panel that lists everything that still needs attention
- Front and back placements for double-sided products
- Undo, layers, snapping and alignment guides
- Automatic draft saving, so a closed tab does not lose the work
- Print output as PDF or high-resolution raster, sized from the real product dimensions

Supplier automation
The order goes to your supplier without you touching it
When a payment clears, the order is submitted to the right supplier automatically, with the artwork attached and the options translated into that supplier's own codes. Status updates and tracking numbers come back through webhooks and land on the order and in the customer's inbox.
- Ready-made connections to Print.com, Prodigi, Printful and Gelato
- Catalogue synchronisation, so new supplier products and options arrive automatically
- Automatic order routing per product, so you can mix suppliers in one catalogue
- Artwork uploaded to the supplier in the format they require
- Tracking and status webhooks, with customer notification
- A retry queue, so a supplier outage does not lose an order
Storefront
A shop that sells, in every language you trade in
The storefront is not a template with your logo dropped in. Categories, product copy, specifications and frequently asked questions are all real content, per language, written to be found by search engines and to answer the questions that otherwise become support tickets.
- Multi-language storefront with localized URLs, not machine-translated slugs
- Category and product content built for search, including product FAQs
- Google Merchant feed, sitemaps and instant indexing
- Reviews and trust signals
- Mobile-first product pages, because that is where the traffic is

Checkout and payments
Local payment methods, because that is what converts
Checkout runs on Stripe with the payment methods European customers actually use. Nothing about the basket, the VAT or the shipping cost is calculated in the browser, so a customer cannot change what they are charged.
- iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and more
- Server-side totals, VAT and shipping
- Order confirmation, invoice and delivery mail from your own domain
- Abandoned checkout recovery

Running the business
The admin is built for the work, not for a demo
Everything that would otherwise be a weekly manual chore has an automated path: catalogue refreshes, price checks, margin reporting, review invitations and supplier reconciliation all run on a schedule and tell you when something needs a human.
- Product and option management, including the images shown on each option
- Margin reporting per order and per product
- Scheduled catalogue and price refreshes that respect supplier rate limits
- Monitoring that flags products with missing content, images or prices
- AI-assisted product copy and SEO content in every language you sell in
If you used our old designer
This is what replaced it
The old tool let people lay out a design and download a file. Useful, and thousands of you used it. But it stopped exactly where the hard part begins: it did not know what the product cost, whether the artwork could actually be printed, or how to get the job to a press.
This platform closes that gap. The same design step is still there, and it is better on a phone than the old one ever was, but now it sits inside a shop that quotes, validates, takes payment and sends the job into production on its own.
Migration offer
If you were a user of the old designer, the one-time setup fee is reduced by half on any plan, and we import your existing product list at no charge. Mention it when you get in touch.
Pricing
A one-time build, then a fixed monthly fee
The one-time fee covers the build: your catalogue, your branding, your supplier connection and the content in every language you sell in. The monthly fee covers hosting, updates, supplier catalogue maintenance and support. All prices in euro, excluding VAT.

Getting live
How a build runs
Catalogue
We connect your supplier, import the products you want to sell and set your margins. You approve the range before anything goes live.
Content
Product copy, specifications and category content are written in every language you trade in. This is the part that decides whether the shop is found.
Branding
Your domain, your logo, your colours, your mail templates. The shop looks like yours because it is yours.
Go live
Payments switched on, a test order run end to end through your supplier, and then you are trading. We stay on it for the first weeks.
Questions
The things people actually ask
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. You pay a fixed monthly fee and keep every cent of your margin. We think a revenue share punishes you for growing, and it makes your pricing decisions somebody else's business.
Can I see it working before I commit?
Yes, and not as a sandbox. printen.eu is a real shop running on this platform, taking real orders from real customers. Go and configure a product, open the design editor and take it to the checkout. Everything you see there is what you get.
I already have a supplier. Will it work with mine?
Print.com, Prodigi, Printful and Gelato are supported out of the box. Anything else is a custom integration, quoted once, and it becomes part of your platform. If your supplier has no API at all we can still run the catalogue and prices, with orders exported the way they accept them.
How long does it take to go live?
A Launch build with one supplier and an existing catalogue is typically live in three to four weeks. Growth is usually six to eight, mostly because writing genuinely good product content in several languages takes longer than the technical work.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You get an export of your catalogue, your customers and your orders in a usable format. Your domain stays yours. We do not hold your shop hostage.
Who hosts it?
We do, on infrastructure that scales with your traffic, and the monthly fee includes it. On Scale you get a dedicated environment. On-premise is possible under the enterprise agreement.
Does the editor really work on a phone?
Yes, and that matters more every year. Touch selection, pinch to resize, zoom and pan, and a print-readiness check that a customer can understand without knowing what bleed means.
I used your old designer. What changed?
Everything behind it. The old designer produced a file. This produces a print-ready file, checks it before the order is placed, prices the product live against your supplier, takes the payment and sends the job to production without anyone rekeying it.
Use the live shop first
Configure a product, open the design editor, take it to the checkout. Then decide whether it is worth a conversation. That is a better demo than anything we could show you on a call.
